Synopsis:

Panagiota finds for the first time a job as a cleaner in order to support her family. While in the working environment it faces a ruthless system of exploitation, it passes the happiest period of her boring life so far. But this does not last for long, since the first layoffs are due to arrive soon.

Director's Biography/Director's Short Bio:

Nikos Labôt studied film directing in Athens. He has worked in short and feature films in Greece and France, in television series and shows. He has directed 3 short films, a creative documentary, music videos and performances. His film The Dog participated in many international film festivals and won many awards. He has co-directed the performance REPULSION_6 for the experimental music group Erasers. His feature-length documentary The Immortals at the Southern Point of Europe premiered at the 15th Thessaloniki Documentary Festival and its international premiere at the 5th Annual Atlanta Philosophy Film Festival in 2013. His feature-length debut work Her Work had its world premiere at the Toronto IFF in 2018.

His debut feature film Her Job had its world premiere at the Discovery Section of the Toronto IFF 2018.
