Βιογραφικό Σκηνοθέτη/Biography:

Ο Ανδρόνικος Κωνσταντίνος Δημόπουλος γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε στην Αθήνα. Ξεκίνησε δουλεύοντας στον χώρο του κινηματογράφου και της τηλεόρασης, αρχικά ως βοηθός ηλεκτρολόγου, έπειτα ως βοηθός παραγωγής, σκριπτ και βοηθός σκηνοθέτη. Παράλληλα, σπούδασε σκηνοθεσία κινηματογράφου, αρχικά στη σχολή Σταυράκου, στη συνέχεια στο ΙΕΚ ΑΚΜΗ, ενώ τελείωσε και το Bachelor του Queen Μargaret University of Edinburgh που υλοποιείται μέσω του AMC στην Αθήνα. Το 2015 έγινε δεκτός στo Sarajevo Film Academy στο μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα (film.factory) που είχε στήσει και δίδασκε ο σκηνοθέτης Bela Tarr. Για τις σπουδές του έλαβε υποτροφία από το πανεπιστήμιο και από το Ιδρυμα Ωνάση. Στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος S{cool} Life του Μεγάρου Μουσικής, δίδαξε κινηματογράφο σε πέντε γυμνάσια της Αττικής. Μέχρι σήμερα, ταινίες του έχουν ταξιδέψει σε φεστιβάλ της Ελλάδας και του εξωτερικού.

Andronikos Konstantinos Dimopoulos was born and raised in Athens. He started working in the field of cinema and television, firstly as an electrical assistant, then as a production assistant, scriptwriter and assistant director. At the same time, he studied film direction at the Stavrakos School, then at IEK AKMI and he also completed the Bachelor of Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh, which is implemented through AMC in Athens. In 2015, he was admitted to the Sarajevo Film Academy for the postgraduate program (film.factory) set up and taught by director Bela Tarr. He received a scholarship from the University and the Onassis Foundation for his studies. As part of the S{cool} Life program of the Athens Concert Hall, he taught cinema in five high schools in Attica. His films have traveled to festivals in Greece and abroad.
