With the male performance award and nominated for the Palme d’Or at the 71st Cannes Film Festival, the film Dogman comes to us. “A fascinating lyrical story”, as the newspaper The Guardian opined.

In the dark suburbs of an indeterminate Italian city, a humble poor man who makes a living as a dog caregiver and seems to communicate better with animals than with humans becomes entangled in a vicious circle of violence. The project that the creator of Gomorrah kept in its drawer for 12 years is a relentless, operatic work about the banality of evil and about the inner conflict of a man who became a scapegoat and a transgressor, a martyr and an perpetrator.
