The air in Warsaw, Poland, is extremely polluted. A director tries to film the poison we inhale every day. He tries to convince a producer to fund the project, he struggles to communicate with the actors and he can't perform it. The obstacles are institutional, emotional and practical.

Director's/Biography Biography:
Michal Zadara is a theatre director and visual artist. He has directed performances in New York, Tel Aviv, Berlin, Vienna, Warsaw, Krakow and Wroclaw. He has also created a monument to the city of Warsaw and is a cultural and environmental activist. He is the founder of "Centrala", an organization committed to producing innovative and relevant arts. Films from the smog years is Centrala's first film.
