Animator's Biography

Joe Chang is an award-winning director, producer and animator. He studied at the Lu-Xun Academy of Fine Arts in Shenjiang, China, and at Tama Art University in Tokyo, Japan. The Chinese Violin (2000) was his first animated film with the National Film Board of Canada. His most recent work is The Music Box (2019). Recently, Joe is an artist and independent director working at BC., Canada and Hangzhou, China.

Master classes and workshops can accept specific numbers of people and will be on a first come, first served basis based on the registration form.
