Περίληψη/Synopsis:
Η ταινία δείχνει μία μέρα από τη ζωή μιας 60χρονης κυρίας από τη Βηρυτό. Η Oum Karim ξαναζεί την ίδια μέρα, η οποία σημαδεύει ένα συγκεκριμένο γεγονός στη ζωή της και κάνει το ίδιο τελετουργικό. Πηγαίνει σε έναν τοπικό φούρνο, όπου προετοιμάζει το Lahm Bi Ajin (Λιβανέζικη πίτα με ζαμπόν), ελπίζοντας, ότι το μακρόχρονο τελετουργικό της θα τελειώσει.
The film shows one day of the life of a 60-year-old Beiruti lady. Every week, Oum Karim relives the same day, which marks a certain event in her life, and does the same ritual: she goes to a local bakery where she prepares Lahm Bi Ajin (Lebanese ham pie), hoping that her longtime ritual will come to an end.

Η Nadine Asmar είναι γεννημένη το 1994. Είναι νέα σκηνοθέτις από το Λίβανο με πτυχίο Bachelor στον Κινηματογράφο και την Τηλεόραση, από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Λίβανο και Μεταπτυχιακό στον Κινηματογράφο και τα Οπτικοακουστικά, από το "Paris 1 University Panthéon-Sorbonne". Η πρώτη της μικρού μήκους ταινία The Blind of the Cathedral (2015) κέρδισε 11 διεθνή βραβεία και είχε πάνω από 40 υποψηφιότητες. Έγραψε και σκηνοθέτησε τη δεύτερη μικρού μήκους ταινία της Perhaps Today… (2017), που κέρδισε 4 βραβεία και ήταν υποψήφιο για πάνω από 20. Η Nadine είναι επίσης συν-ιδρυτής και παραγωγός της "MovieTailor Pictures", μία εταιρεία παραγωγής, διανομής και πώλησης ταινιών.
Nadine Asmar was born in 1994. She is a young Lebanese director with a Bachelor's degree in Cinema and TV from the Lebanese University and a Master’s degree in Cinema and Audiovisual from "Paris 1 University Panthéon-Sorbonne". Her senior short film The Blind of the Cathedral (2015) won 11 international awards and got over 40 nominations. She wrote and directed her second short film Perhaps Today… (2017), winner of 4 awards and nominated for over 20 prizes. Nadine is also a co-founder and producer at "MovieTailor Pictures", a film production, distribution and sales company.
