Summary:
Based on the poem The Moonlight Sonata from the Fourth Dimension of Yannis Ritsos, the Lady of Moonlight is the "useless confession" of an old woman, dressed in black, towards an unspoken (and callous) young man in an old, moonlit room - as well as a shocking negotiation of the passage of time, decay, desire and narcissistic fantasy.

Kostas Athousakis was born in Chania, studied Directing at the Stavrakos School, worked as an assistant director in several films and has directed three short films. His first feature film of Persephone, in 2019, won the Best New Director Award of the Greek Film Center at the Thessaloniki International Film Festival.
