Ο Matt Walton είναι απόφοιτος του Sheridan College στο Τορόντο του Καναδά, όπου σπούδασε κινούμενα σχέδια. Το The Lighthouse Man είναι η πρώτη του ανεξάρτητη ταινία και εμπνεύστηκε από την τραχιά ακτή του Newfoundland του Καναδά, όπου μεγάλωσε.
Matt Walton is a new graduate of Sheridan College in Toronto, Canada, where he studied animation. The Lighthouse Man, his capstone project, is his first independent film and was inspired by the rugged coast of Newfoundland, Canada, where he did most of his growing up.
