Farhad Pakdel is a Montreal filmmaker whose work explores the deconstruction of identity, limitation, post-humanism, absence, place and memory.
He received his MFA in Cinema from York University in Toronto and MA in Cinema from the Art University in Tehran. He directed, wrote and produced several short films that have been screened at international festivals.
Farhad is a member of the Iranian National Elite Foundation. He has taught courses in film, English and history of philosophy.
