For another year one a separate cinematic journey organized every year by the department Program of the Thessaloniki Documentary Festival in collaboration with local operators all over the country arrive in Chania. A journey that starts from the Northern Greece, Macedonia and Thrace and reaching as far as the Peloponnese and Crete.

These events are offering to viewers all over the country who have the passion for images, the love for cinema. Once again we become companions in this journey of culture and we put into practice the common belief that the cinema is an experience capable of uniting us.

Telltale and extremely human, documentaries who participated in the 21st Thessaloniki Documentary Festival and they reconstruct contemporary reality in all its manifestations. Documentary from a wide thematic spectrum that forms a multiform kaleidoscope of our world will be screened during the two-day screenings in Chania. Political and social issues, images of the crisis, human rights, portraits of people with unique life stories, Art, traditions, but also memories from the past, invite the audience to a fascinating cinematic journey. A journey that takes place for the 11th year with the collaboration the Cultural Society of Crete, the Chania Film Festival and the Thessaloniki Documentary Festival.
